Issue Summary: Between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. EDT, some customers experienced intermittent issues with document uploads in BoldSign. After investigating, we identified that one of our services was under unusually high load, resulting in occasional upload failures.
Resolution: The issue has been resolved, and all systems are now functioning as expected. We have taken steps to prevent similar occurrences and will continue monitoring the service closely.
